WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to UK addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future — follow us @alkirathelabel to stay updated.


PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays. During busy periods such as new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


DELIVERY OPTIONS & TIMEFRAMES

Standard UK Delivery — 3–5 working days Free on orders over £60. A small delivery charge applies to orders under £60, shown at checkout.

We use trusted courier services to deliver your order. Once dispatched you will receive tracking information by email.


FREE DELIVERY

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £60. This is automatically applied at checkout — no discount code needed.


DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. Alkira The Label cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at alkirathelabel@gmail.com and we will investigate with the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control, but we will always do our best to resolve any issues quickly.


DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alkirathelabel@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
