Welcome to Alkira The Label. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Alkira The Label. By visiting, browsing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. ABOUT US
Alkira The Label is an online retail store selling children's clothing. Our contact email is alkirathelabel@gmail.com. We are based in the United Kingdom.
2. YOUR AGREEMENT
By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time before dispatch, in which case we will issue a full refund.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order has been accepted and is being processed, we may be unable to make amendments or cancellations.
4. PRICING
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order was placed. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
5. PAYMENT
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment details. In the event of a fraudulent transaction, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the relevant authorities.
6. DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £60. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control. Once your order has been dispatched, risk passes to you.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, please contact us at alkirathelabel@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if items are not returned in a satisfactory condition.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of receipt. We will cover return postage costs in these cases and offer a replacement or full refund.
8. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. We do not guarantee that product descriptions are completely accurate, complete or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website including text, images, logos, graphics and product photography is the property of Alkira The Label and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of our content without our prior written permission.
10. PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use and protect your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alkira The Label shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
12. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
